My Pottery Classes Experience

My name is Maria, and I've been attending Stamna Studio's clay lessons for about six months. In college, I took a pottery class, but that was the extent of my clay experience. After my last class of the day, I recall going into the studio and staying until noon. Six years later, I was yearning for the same exhilaration I had when I first started working with clay in college. I'm very glad I came across Stamna Studio. The art studio was warm and inviting, and it was conveniently located near me. My clay experience has benefited me in a number of ways.
One of those motivations, in my case, was to get away from utilizing my analytical brain all day. When I'm not elbow deep in clay, I work in an office where I spend my days staring at numbers. My day work requires me to use spreadsheets and statistics. My bleak and white days have been brightened by pottery workshops. We all have a creative side to us by nature. However, our autopilot brain frequently takes control, limiting our ability to express ourselves.
During this encounter, I discovered that I have a tendency to be a perfectionist. This is a bold remark coming from the girl who puts her laundry away every week and considers a rain shower a car wash. When it came to my self-expression and vision, I learned that polished shapes and edges were something I would never compromise on. This knowledge of myself has led to the discovery of other things in my life that I had previously neglected. I frequently find myself getting ideas from themes and events that I may not have previously considered.
The feeling I get when I leave the studio is one of my favorite aspects of attending ceramic classes. I always leave the house feeling energized and motivated. I have lessons from 6 to 8 p.m., so that energy occasionally spills over into my 8 hours of sleep. But the extra minutes it takes me to fall asleep are worth it for that sensation of energised creativity. My father has grown accustomed to receiving phone calls from me later than normal in order for me to share my newest pottery progress. The call is always followed by photographs of my work. It's been a lot of fun to share my passion for pottery with my friends and family. Furthermore, wonderful Christmas gifts are easily accessible and produced with love.
